We answer during shop hours, and if we're under a house or in an attic, leave a message. We return them the same day.
No forms to fill out. A two-minute phone call tells us more about what's wrong than any form would, and you'll usually get a ballpark price before you hang up.
When we're around
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
- Saturday: by appointment
- Sunday: closed
If something is sparking, smells hot, or the panel is warm to the touch, say that first thing when you call. That moves you up the list. If you smell burning and can't find it, shut the main off and then call.
What to have handy
None of this is required. It just makes the call faster.
- What's happening, in plain words. "The upstairs outlets died" is plenty.
- Roughly how old the house is.
- Whether the panel has breakers or fuses, and the number on the main breaker if you can see it.
- Whether it's one room or the whole house.
- Your neighborhood or town.
Where we work
Missoula proper, plus Lolo, Frenchtown, Huson, East Missoula, Bonner, Milltown, Clinton, Florence and Stevensville. We get out to Seeley Lake and up the Blackfoot when we can group it with another job out that way, so it's worth asking.
